My client are an award-winning Hair and Beauty Salon based in the heart of London, providing 5*+ service to a wide range of clients including Celebrities, Stars and UHNWIs. They are looking for an enthusiastic, charming and reliable Receptionist.

You will be immaculately presented, with excellent communication skills looking to provide the highest level of customer service with the passion to deliver and develop your skillsets. There is lots of growth potential for this individual in this impressive and sought out Salon.

Ideally you will have 1 years' experience working in Hospitality or the Beauty and Hair Industry and will be capable of the following duties:

• Meeting and Greeting Clients

• Providing 5* Customer Service

• Manage Bookings, Cancellations and Re-Booking

• Take payments, manage refunds

• Answering phones
