One of the leading media/entertainment companies in London is seeking a brand new Front of House / Creative Assistant to get stuck in with their team. There are around 30-40 people in the office, a very family feel culture, everyone is good fun, light-hearted and down to earth.

In this role you will be the lynchpin of the office:

·       Acting as an ambassador for the company, meeting and greeting, answering the phone, liaising with clients, arranging refreshments

·       Anything and everything for the team, liaising with contractors, third parties, managing the meeting rooms, general office admin

·       Assisting with Events and obtaining supplies for office parties & events, and office management

·       Assisting with Live production, helping the Media team with anything they might need

·       There is huge scope to grow the role – opportunities for progression into marketing/sales/HR/anything else you might be interested in. They want this person to grow with the company.

They are looking for:

·       A keen interest in Media/Entertainment, eager to learn

·       Willing, can-do attitude, big smile!

·       Previous office experience is a huge plus but not essential

·       Bright, switched on, positive outlook
