PA/Design Admin Assistant for Interior Designer/Influencer

This is the dream role for a proactive experienced PA with good numeracy skills and a love of all things creative with the focus on Interior Design. You will be dealing with PRs, luxury brands, artists and interior designers as well as all the associated suppliers, VIP clients and industry leaders.

This is a very busy and varied role which includes a busy inbox, correspondence, meetings and keeping on top of this exciting Interior Designer/influencer’s day to day. Liaising with suppliers, attending client meetings, carrying out research, working closely with designers and monitoring project scheduling, setting up trade accounts, sourcing new and interesting items and much more.

You need to be numerate, working closely with accountants overseeing personal and business finances, invoices, purchase orders, keeping accurate records.

You will have had 2 years plus PA or Team Assistant experience and have a creative industry background, but I am not looking for a budding interior designer. This is a role for a career PA who loves creative/interior design.

No two days will be the same, you will be the complete right hand to this very well-connected individual, preparing presentations, research, often working autonomously making sure nothing is left to chance. You need to be a super-efficient, highly organised with keen attention to detail, a great communicator and relationship builder. The role is fast paced, varied and very exciting, you need to be at the top of your game.
