World-class global luxury travel and concierge company that caters for UHNW and high-profile clients, seeks a superstar Head of Operations. You will be handling all business operations, whilst also getting involved on the creative side of things. An incredible opportunity not to be missed. 

Excitingly they are expanding, and you will be a crucial member of the senior team making this happen. 

The role:

  • Work closely with the Founder to set strategic goals for the London and NYC teams
  • Manage a team of 8 Lifestyle Managers 
  • Improve efficiencies and implement processes to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential to keep things streamlined 
  • You will be building and managing relationships with global and local suppliers, from luxury villas, and Michelin-starred restaurants, to 5* hotels, to private charters
  • Always striving for customer satisfaction and looking for ways to improve

You will be/have:

  • Need to have experience within the world of Luxury Travel/Concierge 
  • Previous Operations/very senior Office Manager experience who has managed teams
  • Must have experience dealing with UHNWIs
  • Cash flows, negotiating contracts
  • Exceptional attention to detail, very high spelling & grammar levels
  • Must be articulate, well-presented with a strategic mindset, warm, enthusiastic and positive
