My client is an incredibly successful and charming UHNW. Friendly, impressive and reputable family man with an international presence. I am looking for a very polished, confident and positive Executive Private PA/EA to manage his busy and exciting life. You will be based in a small private office in Mayfair, 5 days a week with some flex to work from home when he is travelling.
• Anything and everything for the Principal’s private life – luxury item collections (watches/art), yachts, jets, properties (US, London, country), complex as well as menial tasks
• Holiday planning & research
• Diary management, overseeing all private jet and other travel through a travel agency
• Managing UK household staff
• Go-to and liaising with international household staff, pool maintenance etc.
• Managing tenants/rental agents/maintenance for London rental property portfolio
• Liaising with accountants, lawyers and other professionals on his behalf
• Exotic holiday planning & research
• Managing meeting rooms – sorting refreshments, AC, video calls, general upkeep of the space
• Meeting & greeting UHNWs
• Must be service-orientated – happy running errands e.g. running out to get dry cleaning/shopping, bringing coffee, etc. with a smile
• Very varied, can be anything depending on the day
The role is largely private-focused, but you will also have some involvement with his business life. You need to be happy working in a small office and occasionally working alone but you will always be busy.
The ideal candidate will have/be
• 5 years plus Private PA/EA experience supporting an UHNW, who understands the lifestyle and has a “no job too small” attitude
• Be numerate and IT savvy
• Well-presented and sophisticated – someone who lights up the room and “makes people feel comfortable & relaxed”
• Service-orientated who is happy to muck in
• Comfortable working autonomously
