Are you looking for an all-encompassing Senior Executive Assistant role in which you will be supporting an extraordinary individual, he is demanding with very high standards but he is also a charming, straight forward family man in a Business capacity. I am looking for someone with C-Suite, Founder or Chairman, HNWI experience who is bright, unflappable, proactive, with a confidence to make the impossible possible are essential for this role.
No stone left unturned, this energetic position requires a positive outlook, impeccable logistics skills and brilliant communication to support the fast-paced and ever changing life of this individual. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive team.
I am looking for someone who actively enjoys and thrives in a very fast paced moving environment.
The role is fast paced and high volume:
- Extensive diary & Inbox management
- Scheduling meetings, attending and taking minutes
- Managing international business travel, dinners and events
- Administrative duties and special projects as required
- Ad hoc personal support
The person:
- Personality is all important, they must be ready to hit the ground running and very efficient
- You must be down to earth, robust, exceptionally organized, with impeccable time management skills and a true understanding of the need for speed
- Proactive, charming and charismatic
- No two days the same, must be confident dealing with a lot of requests
- Calm under pressure
It is challenging, demanding but the rewards are huge and you will be exceptionally well looked after.
