They are looking for a Business Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building relationships and partnerships with industry-leading brands.
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is used to working in a fast-paced company, who can multi-task and prioritise, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of this companies ongoing success and expansion.
Duties will include:
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.
• Proactively seek out new leads, opportunities, and partnerships
• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities
• Track and report on sales performance and market activity
Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the media or production industry and across high profile clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and efficiently.
• Experience identifying and building new business and maintaining relationships
• Great, upbeat personality – they want someone who matches the company’s energy and passion
• Confident with bags of initiative
