An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to support the Founder/Chairman of a leading organisation in the education sector. This is a pivotal and exciting role, requiring outstanding organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the EA to Founder/Chairman, you will provide high-level support to a visionary leader, ensuring seamless daily operations, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. You will make the role your own, and be a crucial right hand, helping to drive the business forward. 

The role - EA to Chairman/Founder

  • Executive Support: Provide proactive, strategic support to the Chairman/Founder, including diary management, travel coordination, and inbox management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leaders, external partners, investors, trustees and high-profile individuals on behalf of the Chairman/Founder.
  • Project Management: Support key business initiatives, research projects, and ensure follow-ups are executed effectively.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and enhance efficiency in all aspects of executive support.

You will be/have

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proactive EA, accustomed to supporting the Founder/Chairman in a high-profile setting. You will be/have: 

  • Proven experience supporting at CEO/Founder/Chairman level
  • Private Equity background is desired
  • Experience working across time zones.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a confident and professional approach.
  • High levels of discretion, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience within education, professional services, or a high-growth environment is advantageous.
