As the CEO’s trusted right hand, you’ll operate at the intersection of high-level strategy and seamless execution. Representing the CEO in meetings, contributing ideas, and playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s ambitious growth, you’ll be expected to bring your A-game every day.

The Role – EA to CEO
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a true right hand to the CEO & Chairman, ensuring you are always in the loop and two steps ahead.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with board members, investors, and C-suite leaders to ensure smooth, effective communication and project execution.
  • Board Meetings: Schedule, attend, and confidently contribute to board meetings; prepare and distribute board packs and take minutes with precision.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate complex global travel schedules for the CEO, who travels 2-3 times a month, often for extended periods.
  • Inbox & Calendar Management: Proactively prioritise, organise, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Process Improvement/Operations: Implement innovative processes and systems to enhance productivity and drive the business forward.
  • Wider Support: Seamlessly support the Chairman and wider Leadership Team with various projects and ad-hoc requests.
  • Brand Ambassador: Present the business with confidence, professionalism, and passion.
You Will Be/Have – EA to CEO
  • A highly experienced Business EA who is both strategic and hands-on.
  • Bright, driven, and ambitious with a strong business acumen and impeccable work ethic.
  • Proven experience within Private Equity is desired, working alongside senior leadership at board level.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and outstanding PowerPoint skills.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to think strategically under pressure.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to driving improvement and excellence.
  • Must be flexible to go to the offices when needed – London and Reading
