We are looking for an experienced, well-spoken, intelligent and calm top Private PA to support a UHNW highly discreet family. Based from beautiful offices in Central London, you will be working with another very experienced Private PA and responsible for ensuring that the Principals’ private lives run like clockwork.
Very bright, educated, kind and respectful, the family leads busy lives and requires a top Private PA to keep the plates spinning and understand the family dynamics, their lifestyle and their needs.
Daily duties will include:
• Managing the family’s calendars, scheduling appointments and arranging travel itineraries
• Handling correspondence and managing communication with staff
• Overseeing household staff to ensure smooth operation of the household
• Managing household budgets and expenses
• All admin duties – first point of contact, liaising with schools, booking medical appointments
• Overseeing property maintenance and dealing with contractors
• Plan and coordinate events and social functions
The successful candidate will have 5 years+ relevant private PA experience, including supporting a family with young children, and be happy working from the house.
Ideally a graduate, you will have a gentle sense of humour, the ability to look ahead, and be a skilled influencer with high EQ – someone who can read the room.
It is key that the Private PA understands the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times, has excellent communication skills and is an expert at dealing with constantly changing itineraries.
