A cutting-edge and industry leading global boutique investment management firm based in the heart of Mayfair are looking for a graduate career EA at the very top of their game to support their inspiring, bright and incredibly passionate UHNW founder. This company has sky-rocketed in financial success and exposure over the years and are one of the most talked about companies of their time. This is a 247 role managing every single area of this UHNWs incredibly busy and demanding life; complex business support and highly-discreet management of their personal life – private jets, ever-changing complex travel and diary, client liaison, stakeholder management, household management, personal appointments and so much more. This individual moves in very high circles and needs someone that understands the demands and level of service and detail that this requires – there is no room for error, we really are looking for the very best financial EA on the market.

They are looking for a dynamic, hungry, exceptionally hard-working EA who can work at pace and remains calm and methodical under pressure. A degree from a leading university, a solid background in financial services and a professional and discreet approach are essential. Someone that has worked for a US hedge-fund/investment firm would be highly desirable.
